if we focus on this world that we live on, then we will get stressed and sad and angry. all those feelings kill. the murder that Yeshua was talking about when He said if you are angry with your sibling, then you have murdered, He meant you killed yourself. these feelings kill the one who feels them. but when we focus on God, we are given way too much joy. joy gives you life in many ways. it adds years and each day is more lively. sometimes if we are very quiet and focused on God we will hear what God has to say. that will bring happiness, but just to focus on God brings a joy that takes you away from any and all troubles of this World. troubles kill. joy adds life. so let go of this World and get the joy that adds life.
