Evangeline Dellas so nice to me. she went above and beyond. i had done something silly tech wise and lost the abilty to get online. she figured out what the problem was. it was a setting on my hot spot. even though my warranty had yet to be updated and is was a problem on my hot spot rather than my laptop she was able to help me fix. im so happy with her im tearing up.
