momom: it is beyond me to grasp how i can go to a bar and live with s1 for years but go to a church and it's beyond them to let me even park my camper in their back yard. There are vacant buildings and lots that are being vandalized and could be protected and improved by the homeless if hired to live there. Some owners could even rent the building out to S1 for what it costs the owner in taxes and other costs. Many folks are so far below the poverty line they can only afford$200.00 or less. Try renting out your couch or garage or back yard.
